We have also expanded the section to allow you to enjoy more in-depth flavors, such as seafood and shrimp flavors. There are also recipes recommended by our staff.

This soft serve ice cream is made from milk with a fat content of 4.0% or more from Hamanaka-cho, Hokkaido, to ensure the delicious taste of milk, and offers a rich flavor and smooth texture that conveys the taste of milk. Please enjoy the bounty of Hokkaido with a little luxury in the morning.

Hokkaido-style ramen noodles are now available on a daily basis.

The yellow noodles, which are standard in Hokkaido, are served in a soup that changes daily.

Ingredients are purchased and prepared mainly from Hokkaido's seasonal ingredients. We deliver seasonal vegetables from nearby areas as much as possible. We are sincerely committed to environmental issues, believing that the accumulation of small actions, such as reducing energy consumption for transportation, de-plasticizing, and raising awareness of food loss reduction, can produce big positive results.

Grass-fed yogurt from Mifuka Town in northern Hokkaido

We recommend grass-fed yogurt from grass-fed cows in Mibuka Town, Hokkaido. It is characterized by its clean and refreshing taste, and is recommended to be eaten on its own or with honey, confiture, or fruit.

Pita sandwiches" stuffed with your choice of ingredients

Eggs, fruit, ham, and other dishes that go well with bread are available.

We also recommend eating it as a self-sandwich with your favorite ingredients on top.
