Cautions when using the service
The hotel assumes no responsibility for any virus infection, loss of information, or other damage that may occur as a result of using this service.
Please be aware that the connection speed may slow down or be unavailable depending on the environment of your communication terminal or the congestion of the line.
The hotel will not provide any support for your computer, communication terminal environment, or various settings.

The front entrance is locked between 1:00 am and 5:00 am.
Guests checking in during these hours are asked to use the intercom next to the entrance to call the front desk staff. Guests with room keys can unlock the door by holding their room key over the sensor.

Multilevel parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis at 1,500 yen 1 (tax included).
Entrance is located on the east side of the hotel along the small and medium-sized roads.
Additional charges apply for use before check-in and after check-out.
(Due to the multi-story parking lot, vehicles must be less than 2.1 m in height, less than 5 m in height, less than 1.85 m in width, and more than 14 cm in height above the ground.)
If you are unable to enter the hotel's parking lot, we will introduce you to a parking lot affiliated with the hotel.
Please note that if the affiliated parking lot is full, or if you are unable to enter due to the size of your car, we will refer you to a nearby parking lot (not affiliated with our rates).

In accordance with the enforcement of the "Law Concerning the Promotion of Resource Recycling of Plastics," we have discontinued the installation of amenities, which are specified plastic products, in guest rooms.
We ask for your cooperation in taking only the necessary amount of toiletries from the amenity bar.

In order to reduce our environmental impact, we ask our guests to choose an eco-friendly cleaning style. Please select a cleaning method from the magnetic sign on your room door and hang it outside the door by 12:00 noon.
If you do not post the magnetic sign outside the door, we will not be able to clean your room. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Cleaning service will be available from 10:00 am.
*For safety and security reasons, regular cleaning will be performed every 3.

Smoking is not permitted in the building or guest rooms. If we find any smoking by guests, or any evidence of smoking or use of electronic cigarettes, we will charge a room repair fee and a cleaning fee.
Guests who smoke are asked to use the smoking area on the 2nd floor.
